Alvin Gus Abdurrahman Wahid holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography and a master’s degree in Communication and Mass Media from Universitas Indonesia. With over four years of experience in the communication and public relations field, Alvin has specialised knowledge in campaigning on many sustainable development; and a background in climate change issues to support his past work in the geospatial tech startup and disaster risk reduction tech NGO sectors.

He is passionate about sustainable urban-rural development, spatial dynamics, and campaigning for various urban issues, including clean energy, transportation, and pollution. Alvin’s expertise in creating map-based infographics, digital content, and educational materials enables him to effectively advocate for sustainable development and raise awareness about climate change issues.

Policy reform, and collaboration between governments, organizations, industry and
the private sector are key to delivering long term change.
