Jaydatt Vaishnav has been leading I-Con Architects & Urban Planners since 2010 and Livingroots Environmental Design Studio since 2019 & Studio Conifur since 2017. He is among the experts of GBPN’s JINDA-Gujarat Core Working Group, where he brings rich experience in sustainable construction, building permits, and affordable housing.

Jaydatt has worked with government and semi-government bodies, non-government organizations, institutions, corporate and developer groups. His project portfolio includes design, planning and management services for individual buildings, large scale integrated townships, real estate projects, formatted affordable housing, regional and local development plans, and master plans. Affordable and sustainable Housing is one of Jaydatt’s areas of interest, and he has designed several affordable housing projects including Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).

Jaydatt has more than 21 years of demonstrable experience in both architectural projects and large-scale Urban Planning, Architectural Design and consultancy for Mass Housing projects, Large scale township projects, Corporate Offices, Hotels, Industrial Parks, Urban Design, Master Planning of campuses, Development plans for the town and Regional Planning projects throughout India.

Jaydatt holds an M.Tech in Urban Planning, with a specialisation in Housing from CEPT University (2004). He is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
