[Event] GBPN to Contribute in Two High-Profile Conferences in India, April 2013
The GBPN will present findings of recent studies determining energy savings and mitigation potential of the building sector globally and in India to inform policy makers about best practices policies that can address the challenge of the demand for energy in buildings in South Asia.
15.04.13 – B4E Global Summit, Business for the Environment
Peter Graham, Executive Director will participate in the working group on Building & Construction chaired by Mili Majumdar, Director of Sustainable Habitat Division at TERI.
The objective of the Delhi Summit 2013 is to deliver key policy recommendations from a number of industry sectors for inclusive, green and sustainable urban development. The GBPN will share its policy recommendations for the building sector.
17.04.13 – South Asian Cities Summit
The GBPN will contribute to the session dedicated to “Energy Optimisation in Urban Infrastructure”. Peter Graham, Executive Direct will presents recommendations for urban policy makers on ways of developing policy frameworks that address the significant challenges of energy demand in South Asian Cities in sustainable way.
