SENIOR MANAGER
Yeni Indra holds a degree in economics and social science from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). With almost a decade of experience, she has actively participated in socioeconomic development activities. Notably, her previous work with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) – World Bank Group, particularly in the Indonesia Green Building Program and Environmental and Social Risk Management (ESRM) Project, has given her a thorough understanding of the country’s policy landscape and climate response strategy, particularly in the areas of green building and green finance policy development and implementation.
Throughout her career, Yeni has worked closely with governmental and non-governmental groups to advance policy reform and capacity-building efforts, resulting in better policy implementation. Her expertise lies in designing program implementations with systematic approaches customized to achieve the specific outcomes desired.
In the last five years, Yeni has been instrumental in championing a participatory approach to program development, execution, and assessment. This entails integrating participatory Focus Group Discussions (pFGDs) and Human-Centered Design methodologies. Leveraging this distinctive skill set, she excels in developing and implementing programs that encourage active involvement and dynamic learning among key stakeholders.
Yeni Indra has a degree in economic and social science from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). She has extensive knowledge and experience in qualitative and quantitative research, policy analysis, policy formulation and implementation.
Yeni has been involved in development programmes and projects focused on social economic development for over ten years. Recently with International Finance Corporation (IFC) – World Bank Group, Yeni was involved in Indonesia Green Building Program and Environmental and Social Risk Management (ESRM) Project which focused on green building and green finance policy development and implementation in Indonesia. She has wide experience on policy reforms and business licensing programs with strong capacity to identify key stakeholders and manage the facilitation process of the policy development. To support the capacity building aspect of the program, she has good capacity to navigate the collaboration of key resources and persons from various entities. As a researcher, Yeni has good capacity to design and conduct research data collection and analysis.
