Novi Triadi Iman Bramono is a sustainability professional in the building sector, focusing on energy efficiency, water efficiency, carbon emission reduction, and healthy buildings.

As a manager, Bram oversees project operations in Indonesia and ensures alignment with GBPN’s strategic goals. This responsibility includes project design, supervising the team, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. In addition, he is also responsible for monitoring and evaluation activities.

Bram has extensive experience in working with the public and private building sectors for over 15 years. He worked in the Ministry of Public Works on building codes and policy development, technical standards, and requirements, including the National Green Building Code. He has also been involved in state-owned building project developments from technical preparation, procurement, design development, building construction, and post-construction evaluation.

He worked as a green building consultant with the International Finance Corporation—World Bank Group (IFC-WBG), where his main responsibility was providing support to accelerate the adoption of national green building codes in metropolitan cities such as Bandung, Semarang, and Jakarta. He contributed to the Jakarta 30:30 Commitment, a road map to cut 30% of energy and water consumption and 30% of carbon emissions based on the mandatory green building code.

Bram graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Soegijparanata Catholic University, Semarang (2002) and an M.Sc. in Urban Development and Management with a specialization in urban environmental management from IHS, Netherlands (2011). He obtained his Ph.D. in Built Environment from the University of Washington, Seattle, U.S. in 2024. Bram is based in Bekasi, Indonesia.
